Petrol and Diesel Prices Hiked Again Across India, Hyderabad Rates Cross ₹115

People across the country received another shock as petrol and diesel prices were increased once again on Monday.
According to oil companies, the price of petrol has gone up by ₹2.84 per litre, while diesel prices have increased by ₹2.86 per litre. The new fuel rates came into effect from Monday morning.
This is the fourth fuel price hike in the last 15 days, leading to strong reactions from the public and vehicle owners. Many people said the repeated increase in fuel prices is making daily life more expensive and difficult.
Criticism against the Central Government has also increased on social media, with several users claiming that the burden of inflation is once again being placed on the public after the elections.
Following the latest hike, petrol in Hyderabad is now priced at ₹115.68 per litre, while diesel costs ₹103.74 per litre.
In Vijayawada, petrol prices have reached around ₹117.19 per litre, while diesel is being sold at ₹104.88 per litre.
The continuous rise in fuel prices is expected to affect transportation costs and the prices of essential goods in the coming days.
