Nirmal: Groom Dies in Road Accident While Distributing Wedding Invitations

Nirmal, 13 July – (www.deccanlive.com): A tragic road accident took place in Khanapur, Nirmal district, where a groom and his relative died on the spot while they were on their way to distribute wedding invitations.

The groom, Choppadandi Lakshman, from Indhanpally village in Jannaram Mandal of Mancherial district, was supposed to get married in a week. As part of the wedding preparations, he was traveling on a bike with his relative Murimadugu Jaswanth to Nirmal to hand out the wedding cards.

However, before they could reach Khanapur town, their bike lost control and hit a culvert on the roadside. The vehicle then crashed into nearby bushes.

Due to the impact of the accident, both Lakshman and Jaswanth were seriously injured and died on the spot.

The family, which was preparing for a happy wedding celebration, has now been plunged into deep grief and sorrow. The bodies were shifted to Khanapur Government Hospital for postmortem.

Police have registered a case and started an investigation into the accident.
