A tragic road accident occurred once again at Mirzaguda in Ranga Reddy district, the same spot where a major accident last year had claimed many lives. This time, four students died on the spot, and one student was seriously injured after their car crashed into a tree.

According to police, five students from ICFAI University and MGIT were travelling in a car from Mokila towards Hyderabad. When the car reached Mirzaguda, the driver reportedly lost control, and the vehicle rammed into a tree with great force.

In the accident, four students died instantly, while the fifth student suffered serious injuries. Local motorists noticed the crash and immediately informed the police. Police rushed to the spot, rescued the victims from the damaged car, and shifted the bodies to Chevella Government Hospital for post-mortem. The injured student was provided medical treatment.

The deceased students were identified as Suryateja, Sumith, Srinikhil, and Rohith, police said.

Due to the accident, heavy traffic congestion was reported in the area. Police later removed the damaged car and cleared the traffic. A case has been registered, and an investigation is underway.

This accident has once again raised concerns about road safety at Mirzaguda, which has witnessed fatal accidents in the past.
