HMDA Lands: Kokapet Land Sells for Record-Breaking ₹151.25 Crore per Acre

Land prices in Kokapet, located in Gandipet mandal of Ranga Reddy district, have reached astonishing new heights. In the e-auction conducted on Friday by the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA), land in the Neopolis layout recorded a massive ₹151.25 crore per acre.

In this auction, the government put up 9.06 acres from plot numbers 15 and 16 for sale. The auction received an overwhelming response, helping the government earn ₹1,353 crore in revenue.

The Kokapet area has been witnessing rapid development and has become one of the most sought-after real estate zones in Hyderabad, with land prices continuing to break previous records.
