Shooting at Kapil Sharma’s Cafe in Canada, Khalistani Terrorist Claims Responsibility

Surrey BC, 10 July – (www.deccanlive.com): A shooting incident happened at Indian comedian Kapil Sharma’s café in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada. Fortunately, no one was injured. The attack has been claimed by Khalistani terrorist Harjeet Singh Laddi.

What Happened?

Reports say that an unknown person came in a car, fired at least 9 bullets, and quickly escaped. A video of the shooting is also going viral online, showing a man firing from inside a vehicle.

It is still unclear whether the attacker was targeting the café directly or trying to send a threat to Kapil Sharma.

Who is Harjeet Singh Laddi?

Harjeet Singh Laddi is from Nawanshahr, Punjab. He is a member of Babbar Khalsa International (BKI) and is on India’s most wanted list, according to the National Investigation Agency (NIA).

Last year, NIA filed a chargesheet against him and 4 others in the murder case of Vikas Prabhakar, a leader of Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) in Punjab.
