18-Year-Old Girl Maheka Bee Crushed to Death by Fire Engine in Chikkadpally, Hyderabad

A tragic road accident in Chikkadpally’s Azamabad area on Monday night claimed the life of an 18-year-old girl, identified as Maheka Bee, after she was run over by a fire engine.
According to police, Maheka was returning home to Shastripuram in Mailardevpally along with her mother Fatima and brother Ibrahim on a two-wheeler after attending a family function in Gulshan Nagar, Musheerabad.
Around 10:30 PM, a fire engine from the Musheerabad Fire Station was heading to an emergency location when it accidentally collided with their bike near Azamabad Crossroads.
The impact threw Maheka off the vehicle, and she came under the rear wheels of the fire truck, dying on the spot. Her brother and mother sustained injuries and were immediately shifted to Gandhi Hospital, where their condition is said to be stable.
Police have registered a case and are examining CCTV footage to determine the exact cause of the accident. Further investigation is underway.
