The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced a small change in the Class 10 and Class 12 board examination timetable for 2026. According to the board, exams that were earlier scheduled for March 3, 2026, have now been postponed due to administrative reasons.

The board clarified that no other exam dates have been changed, and all remaining exams will be conducted as per the previously announced timetable.

CBSE Class 10 and 12 board examinations will begin on February 17, 2026. Exams will be held daily from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM.

As per the original schedule, Class 10 students were to appear for subjects such as Tibetan, German, National Cadet Corps (NCC), Japanese, Spanish, Mizo, Kashmiri, and Elements of Book Keeping and Accountancy on March 3. On the same day, Class 12 students were scheduled to write the Legal Studies exam.

With the latest revision, all these exams have now been moved to March 11 for Class 10 and April 10 for Class 12.
