Temperature in Several Parts of Telangana Crosses 40 Degrees

Hyderabad, 17 March – (www.deccanlive.com): The Meteorological Department has predicted rain in some districts of Telangana starting Friday. Over the past few days, extreme heat has made life difficult for people in the state.

The sun’s intensity is high from early morning, and this year’s temperatures are higher than last year. The heatwave started as early as February this year.

According to officials, temperatures in several areas have crossed 40°C, with Adilabad recording a maximum of 41°C. Strong hot winds are making the situation worse, and the heatwave is expected to intensify further in the next two days. The government has advised people to avoid going outside unless necessary.

The weather department has also predicted light to moderate rainfall in some parts of Telangana from March 21. Districts like Adilabad, Kumram Bheem Asifabad, Mancherial, and Jagtial may experience strong winds and rainfall.
