Air India Resumes Flights to Israel

New Delhi, 3 March – (www.deccanlive.com): India’s leading airline, Air India, resumed its flights to Israel on Sunday after a seven-month suspension.

The operation restarted with a direct flight from Indira Gandhi International Airport in Delhi, landing at Ben Gurion Airport near Tel Aviv on Sunday evening.

Air India will now operate five weekly flights between Delhi and Tel Aviv, making it the only airline providing direct service between the two countries.

Most foreign airlines had temporarily suspended their flights to Tel Aviv due to escalating tensions in the Middle East after the Israel conflict intensified on multiple fronts.
