US President and current President-elect Donald Trump has been declared fully fit and healthy ahead of his 80th birthday on June 14, according to a new medical report released by the White House.

The three-page report described Trump’s overall health as excellent and stated that he is fully capable of carrying out the responsibilities of the presidency.

As part of the health evaluation, Trump underwent the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA), a widely used test designed to identify signs of dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, and other cognitive issues. He scored a perfect 30 out of 30.

White House physician Dr. Sean P. Barbabella said Trump’s heart, lungs, brain, and overall physical condition remain strong. The report also noted that Trump’s “cardiac age” is estimated to be 14 years younger than his actual age.

Comprehensive Medical Examination

Trump underwent a detailed medical examination at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. A team of 22 specialist doctors conducted various physical and mental health assessments, including CT scans, heart imaging, cancer screenings, and preventive health tests.

Doctors stated that Trump’s cognitive abilities, memory, decision-making skills, and physical performance remain at an excellent level. They added that his active schedule, regular public appearances, meetings, and physical activities contribute positively to his overall health.

Weight Gain Noted

The report revealed that Trump currently weighs 238 pounds (around 108 kilograms), an increase of about 6.3 kilograms compared to his previous medical examination in April 2025.

Doctors advised him to focus on weight management, maintain a healthy diet, and increase physical activity. He also received counseling related to cardiovascular health and weight control.

Medications and Other Findings

According to the report, Trump is currently taking medications to manage cholesterol and support heart health, including Rosuvastatin, Ezetimibe, and a low-dose Aspirin.

Doctors also addressed questions regarding visible bruises on Trump’s hands. The report stated that such bruising can occur in people who regularly take Aspirin and is generally harmless. Minor swelling observed in his lower legs has reportedly improved compared to last year.

The latest medical assessment comes amid continued public interest in Trump’s health, making him one of the oldest leaders to serve as President of the United States.
