Hyderabad News: Home Guard Killed After Being Hit by DCM Vehicle

A tragic road accident claimed the life of a Home Guard in Hyderabad on Tuesday morning. The deceased has been identified as Syed Abdul Sattar (40), who was attached to the Tolichowki Traffic Police Station.

The accident occurred near Pillar No. 192, under the PVNR Flyover, when Abdul Sattar was returning home to Hasan Nagar on his motorcycle after completing his morning duty.

According to police sources, a DCM vehicle coming from behind hit his bike, causing him to fall on the road. He suffered a severe head injury and died on the spot.

Police reached the spot soon after the incident and shifted the body for post-mortem. A case has been registered, and further investigation is underway.

The sudden death of the Home Guard has left his family, colleagues, and local residents in deep shock and grief.
