As the sun set on Tuesday, pilgrims began moving from the Plain of Arafat to Muzdalifah, one of the most important stages of the Hajj pilgrimage. There, they will perform the Maghrib and Isha prayers together and spend the night in worship, prayer, and remembrance of God.

The Hajj rituals officially began on Monday, the 8th of Dhul Hijjah, with pilgrims spending the Day of Tarwiyah in Mina. On Tuesday, the movement of pilgrims to Arafat was successfully completed.

Saudi authorities have made extensive arrangements to ensure the safety, comfort, and smooth movement of millions of pilgrims during the annual pilgrimage.
