The All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) has made a strong start in the Bihar Assembly elections, securing its first victory. From the Kochadhaman constituency, AIMIM candidate Sarwar Alam won with a huge margin of more than 20,000 votes, giving the party a major political boost.

AIMIM’s performance did not stop there. According to early trends, the party is also leading in five more seats.

Amour: Akhtarul Iman is ahead by 23,017 votes.
Baisi: Ghulam Sarwar is leading by 6,680 votes.
Jokihat: Mohammad Murshid Alam has a lead of 6,605 votes.
Thakurganj: Ghulam Hasnain is ahead by 3,263 votes.
Bahadurganj: Tausif Alam is leading by 2,915 votes.

These early results show that AIMIM is emerging as a significant force in the Bihar elections. As the counting continues, the trends indicate possible changes in the political landscape of the state.
