Telangana: College Bus Meets with Major Accident in Bhadradri Kothagudem

A major road accident took place in Bhadradri Kothagudem district involving a bus carrying students of KLR Engineering College. The bus overturned near the forest area of Mondikunta in Aswapuram mandal.

The accident happened when the driver tried to avoid an oncoming vehicle. The bus lost control and suddenly overturned to the side of the road. At the time of the accident, around 60 students were travelling in the bus.

Several students were trapped under the bus and suffered serious injuries. Local people who noticed the accident rushed to the spot and helped rescue the injured students.

The bus was travelling from Manuguru to Palvancha when the accident occurred. Police reached the spot soon after receiving information and began rescue operations. A JCB machine was being brought in to rescue a girl student who was still trapped inside the bus.
