Islamic Jihad Military Wing Spokesman Abu Hamza Martyred in Israeli Attack

Gaza, 19 March – (PIC): Islamic Jihad has confirmed the martyrdom of Abu Hamza, the spokesperson for its military wing, Al-Quds Brigades, along with his wife and several family members, due to an Israeli airstrike on Tuesday.

According to Reuters, Israeli forces carried out an air raid on Abu Hamza’s home in central Gaza, resulting in his death along with his wife and other family members. His real name was Naji Abu Saif, but he was widely known as Abu Hamza.

Earlier, the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) also announced the martyrdom of several government leaders in Gaza and declared a period of mourning.

Israeli forces have resumed large-scale attacks on Gaza, launching intense military operations and targeting civilians before dawn. This brutal aggression has resulted in the deaths of 420 Palestinians and left over 560 injured.
