Five Members of Muslim Family Found Dead in Locked House; Shravasti, UP in Shock

A heartbreaking incident took place on Friday morning in Liaqat Purwa village, under the Ikauna police station area, where five members of a family were found dead inside their house. The incident has created fear and shock among the local residents.
According to reports, the room where the family lived was locked from the inside. When family members and villagers broke open the door, they found 32-year-old Roz Ali hanging from the ceiling. His wife Shahnaz (30) and their three children — daughter Tabassum (6), daughter Gulnaz (4), and son Moin Ali (1.5 years) — were found dead on a cot inside the same room.
As soon as the news spread, panic gripped the area. Police reached the spot, conducted the preliminary investigation, and sent all bodies for postmortem examination.
A forensic team also arrived and collected evidence from the scene. Senior officials, including SP Rahul Bhati and ASP Mukesh Chandra Uttam, inspected the location and reviewed the situation.
Police said the exact cause of death is still unknown, and the mystery will become clearer after the postmortem report. They are examining all angles, including the possibility of murder or suicide.
