Acid Attack in Hyderabad on Holi; Unknown Attacker Flees

Hyderabad, 16 March – (www.deccanlive.com): A shocking incident occurred in Hyderabad on the day of Holi. An unidentified person entered the Saidabad Bhulakshmi Mata Temple and attacked the temple accountant, Nursing Rao, with acid while saying “Happy Holi.”

Nursing Rao suffered severe injuries and was immediately taken to a private hospital for treatment. Doctors have reported that his condition is stable.

The attacker, who was wearing a cap and mask, managed to escape after the assault. CCTV cameras captured footage of the incident, and police have launched an investigation. Four teams have been formed to track down the suspect.

Temple chairman Sridhar condemned the attack, stating that the assailant had asked about food donation details before suddenly attacking the accountant. Authorities are demanding strict action against the culprit.
