Senior Photojournalist Sheikh Naseer Passes Away; CM Revanth Reddy Expresses Condolences

Hyderabad, 16 July – (www.deccanlive.com): Veteran photojournalist Sheikh Naseer, associated with Urdu daily “Roznama Munsif”, passed away this morning after a brief illness. He was 60 years old. He is survived by his wife and two children.

Sheikh Naseer worked with Munsif Daily for the last 35 years. He had been suffering from multiple health issues in recent years and died at his home in Hyderabad.

Telangana CM Revanth Reddy’s Condolence Message

Chief Minister of Telangana, Revanth Reddy, also expressed his heartfelt condolences on the passing of Sheikh Naseeruddin.

In his condolence message, he said that Sheikh Naseer served various media organizations, especially Roznama Munsif, for nearly four decades and held a special place in the field of photojournalism. The CM described his death as an irreparable loss to journalism.

He prayed for the departed soul and extended his heartfelt sympathy to the family.

Leaders Mourn the Loss

Former Minister Harish Rao expressed deep sorrow over the death of Sheikh Naseer. He offered his condolences to the bereaved family and prayed that Allah grants him a place in heaven and gives strength to his family.

Editor-in-Chief of Roznama Munsif, Mr. Mohammed Abdul Jaleel, also expressed deep grief and extended condolences to the family.
