Telangana: Lovers Commit Suicide Together – Tragic Incident in Karimnagar

Karimnagar, 6 March – (www.deccanlive.com): A young couple ended their lives after their families refused to let them marry. This sad incident happened in Karimnagar, Telangana.

According to the police, 24-year-old Arun Kumar and 21-year-old Alekhya, both from Choppadandi Mandal, hanged themselves at their mutual friend’s house in Yerukalawada.

Arun Kumar worked as a lab technician in a private hospital in Karimnagar town. The couple was in love and wanted to get married, but their families did not agree. The girl’s family was looking for another match for her. Feeling hopeless, the couple took this extreme step.

Their tragic death brought deep sorrow to their families and caused grief throughout the village.
