Hyderabad: LB Nagar Sub-Inspector Dies of Heart Attack at Police Station

A Sub-Inspector posted at LB Nagar Police Station, identified as Sanjay Sawant (58), died after suffering a heart attack late Tuesday night.

According to reports, SI Sanjay stayed at the police station on Tuesday night because he had to leave early the next morning for panchayat election duty. While resting inside the station, he suddenly suffered a heart attack and passed away.

The incident has deeply saddened the police staff at LB Nagar. Further formalities are being completed as part of the investigation.
