Telangana: Tiger Sighting Creates Panic in Kamareddy

Kamareddy, 14 July – (www.deccanlive.com): A tense situation has arisen in the Ramareddy mandal of Kamareddy district after a tiger was spotted in School Tanda village. The tiger reportedly attacked a cow belonging to a local farmer. Villagers immediately informed the forest department. Forest officials later identified the animal as the S-12 tiger.

Following this, forest staff have been deployed in the forest areas of Ramareddy and Machareddy mandals. Authorities have advised farmers and villagers not to go alone into the forested areas for their safety.
