Two Andhra Pradesh DSPs Killed in Fatal Road Accident Near Choutuppal

Yadadri-Bhuvanagiri, 26 July – (www.deccanlive.com): – A tragic road accident near Khaitapur, Choutuppal, claimed the lives of three people, including two Andhra Pradesh Deputy Superintendents of Police (DSPs).

According to reports, the victims have been identified as DSP Shantharao and Megha Chakradhar, who were serving in the Intelligence and Security Wing of the Andhra Pradesh Police.

The accident occurred in the early hours of Saturday when their Scorpio vehicle lost control, crossed the divider, and crashed into a lorry coming from the opposite direction. The impact was severe, killing three on the spot and leaving two others seriously injured.

The injured have been shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment. Police have registered a case and are investigating the incident.

Andhra Pradesh Home Minister Anitha expressed shock over the incident and conveyed condolences to the bereaved families.
