Popular educator Faisal Khan, widely known as Khan Sir, has received major relief from the Patna Civil Court in connection with an FIR registered against him.

During the hearing of his anticipatory bail petition, the court granted interim protection to Khan Sir and directed that no punitive action be taken against him by the police for the time being. As a result, his arrest has been stayed until further orders.

The court also instructed the police to submit Khan Sir’s criminal history, if any, along with the case diary for review.

The matter came up before the court as part of proceedings on his anticipatory bail application. After hearing the arguments, the court decided to provide temporary protection while seeking additional information from the investigating authorities.
