Nitish Kumar Takes Oath as Bihar Chief Minister for the 10th Time

Nitish Kumar has once again taken charge as the Chief Minister of Bihar, marking his 10th term in office. The grand swearing-in ceremony took place at Gandhi Maidan, where Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, BJP President J.P. Nadda, and several senior BJP leaders were present.

Chief Ministers of Haryana, Assam, Gujarat, Meghalaya, Uttar Pradesh, Nagaland, Odisha, Delhi, and Rajasthan also attended the ceremony, making it a major political event.

During the ceremony, Chirag Paswan touched the feet of Jitan Ram Manjhi and J.P. Nadda on the stage to seek blessings.

Samrat Choudhary and Vijay Kumar Sinha Become Deputy CMs

Along with Nitish Kumar, Samrat Choudhary and Vijay Kumar Sinha took oath as Deputy Chief Ministers.
A total of 26 MLAs are being sworn in as ministers in the new cabinet.

This time, Nitish Kumar’s cabinet includes several new faces. BJP leader Ram Kripal Yadav and former shooter-turned-politician Shreyasi Singh have been inducted as ministers.

From Chirag Paswan’s party, two MLAs have been given ministerial positions. Among them is Sanjay Singh, who won the Mahua seat by defeating Tej Pratap Yadav, son of Lalu Prasad Yadav.
