Senior Hyderabad Advocate Khaja Moinuddin Dies in Suspected Hit-and-Run Case, Murder Angle Under Probe (Video)

Senior advocate Khaja Moinuddin from Hyderabad died after a suspected hit-and-run incident near Masab Tank in the city. The accident took place close to Vijayanagar Colony when a speeding car allegedly hit him and fled from the spot.
According to reports, Khaja Moinuddin suffered serious injuries in the incident. Local residents and passersby immediately shifted him to a nearby hospital for treatment, but he later died while undergoing medical care.
Sources said the deceased was the son-in-law of noted Hyderabad lawyer Ghulam Yazdani.
Initially, the case was believed to be a normal road accident. However, police are now also investigating the possibility that the car may have deliberately targeted the senior advocate. Some reports have suggested that the incident could be an attempted murder rather than an accidental crash.
The incident took place under the limits of Nampally Police Station. Police have registered a case and started an investigation. CCTV footage from nearby areas is being collected to identify the vehicle and the driver involved in the case.
Police officials said they are examining all possible angles and expect important developments soon.
