Hyderabad Police Raid Zafar Pahalwan’s House, Illegal Weapons Seized in Junaid Murder Probe

Hyderabad police carried out major raids on Wednesday morning at the houses of rowdy sheeter Zafar Pahalwan and his sons Saeed Pahalwan and Sulaiman Pahalwan in the Yakutpura, Rein Bazar area. The action is linked to the ongoing investigation into the recent Junaid murder case.
According to a police statement, the raids are part of a special drive against crime and rowdyism in the city. Around 60 police personnel took part in the operation.
During the searches, police recovered several illegal knives and also seized documents related to suspicious properties. Officials said these documents are now being examined in detail.
After the recovery of illegal weapons, police began registering two FIRs under the Arms Act. The accused named in the cases include:
Zafar Pahalwan – A known rowdy sheeter with around 40 criminal cases
Saeed Pahalwan – Former rowdy sheeter involved in five cases
Sulaiman Pahalwan – Named in one criminal case
Police said all three accused are currently absconding. Special teams have been formed and raids are being conducted at multiple locations to arrest them as soon as possible.
The police have appealed to the public to share any information related to the accused or their movements. Officials assured that the identity of informers will be kept strictly confidential.
Police authorities made it clear that rowdyism and criminal activities will not be tolerated, and strict action will continue to ensure law and order in Hyderabad.
