Maulana Sajjad Nomani Congratulates Rahul Gandhi for Exposing Alleged Election Fraud

New Delhi, 11 August – (www.deccanlive.com): Senior Islamic scholar and social activist Maulana Khalilur Rahman Sajjad Nomani Nadvi has written a letter to Congress leader and Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi, congratulating him for exposing what he called large-scale election fraud in the country.

In his letter, Maulana Nomani praised Rahul Gandhi for revealing facts about “vote theft” after six months of continuous investigation. Citing the Mahadevapura example, he highlighted issues like duplicate voters, fake addresses, bulk registrations, forged ID cards, and misuse of Form 6, calling them an organised attack on electoral integrity.

He wrote that this step was “not just a political stand, but a strong example of protecting the Constitution and the national flag,” sending a clear message to institutions like the Election Commission to act fairly.

Maulana Nomani said Rahul Gandhi’s commitment to safeguarding democratic values inspires every citizen who believes in free and fair elections. He urged Gandhi to continue this mission so that every voter can trust their vote will be counted honestly. He ended by once again congratulating Rahul Gandhi and his team for this “service to democracy.”
