Actress Huma Qureshi’s Brother Killed in Parking Dispute in Delhi (Video)

New Delhi, 8 July – (www.deccanlive.com): A tragic incident took place in Delhi’s Nizamuddin area on Thursday night when Bollywood actress Huma Qureshi’s cousin, Asif Qureshi, was killed following a fight over parking.

Police said the incident happened around 11 PM in Jangpura Bhogal Lane. Asif had an argument with two neighbours over a scooter parked in front of the main gate of his house. The dispute quickly turned violent, and the accused attacked Asif with a sharp weapon.

Asif was rushed to a nearby hospital in critical condition, but doctors declared him dead on arrival. Both accused were later arrested.

According to Asif’s wife, Sainaz Qureshi, the attackers assaulted him mercilessly over a minor issue. She also told police that this was not the first dispute over parking. Earlier too, arguments had taken place.

On Thursday, when Asif returned from work, he saw the neighbour’s two-wheeler blocking the entrance. When he asked them to move it, they allegedly abused him and attacked him instead of removing the vehicle.

Police registered an FIR under sections 103(1) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. A search operation was launched, leading to the arrest of the accused — identified as Ujjwal (19) and Gautam (18). The investigation is ongoing.
