Violence continued in Gaza on Friday as at least seven Palestinians were killed in Israeli airstrikes and firing incidents across different areas of the territory.

According to local sources, one person was killed and three others were injured after an Israeli strike targeted a tent sheltering displaced families in Khan Younis camp in southern Gaza. The victim was identified as 27-year-old Eyad Raheeb Al-Attal, who later died from his injuries.

In northern Gaza, another civilian, Ahmed Saad Ismail Ghabn, succumbed to injuries after being shot in the town of Beit Lahia. In a separate incident in the Al-Atatra area of Beit Lahia, Hossam Hassan Abu Khousa was also killed in firing.

Earlier in the day, four more people, including police personnel, were killed after Israeli strikes targeted two Palestinian police posts — one in Khan Younis in southern Gaza and another in Al-Bureij camp in central Gaza.

Reports said an Israeli drone strike hit a police post near Al-Maslakh roundabout in western Khan Younis, killing three people and injuring several others. The victims were identified as Khaled Al-Zayyan, Hassan Hamed, and Ali Bassem Abu Shamala. The injured and the bodies were taken to Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis.

In a similar strike on a police post in Al-Bureij camp, one officer was killed and another seriously injured.

The incidents come amid ongoing tensions despite a ceasefire agreement that was reportedly reached in October 2025. According to Gaza’s Health Ministry, since the ceasefire violations began on October 11, 2025, at least 618 people have been killed and 1,663 injured.

The situation remains tense as clashes and strikes continue in different parts of Gaza.
