International motivational speaker and communication skills trainer Munawar Zama delivered an inspiring session for UPSC aspirants at the MS IAS Academy campus in Hyderabad. The event took place at the Maulana Abul Kalam Azad Auditorium, where students listened with great interest.

Speaking to the students, Munawar Zama said that the journey toward UPSC should not be seen as just an exam, but as a mission and a path to serve the nation. He stressed that the foundation of success is strong willpower, clear purpose, and an unshakeable commitment.

He motivated students through real-life experiences, examples of successful personalities, self-reflection points, and a lively, humorous style of communication. “Success begins in the heart, not with books,” he said. “Without inner strength and a clear goal, you cannot crack any exam. But once your determination becomes strong, every door begins to open.”

Zaman explained how role models can change lives. Giving the example of cricket legend Sunil Gavaskar, he said that Gavaskar not only scored runs but also inspired a new generation, which later produced great players like Sachin Tendulkar and Virat Kohli. “A true role model can start a revolution,” he added.

He praised MS IAS Academy for its contribution, saying the institution is not only focused on academics but also on character building and nation-building. Students from this academy, he said, have the potential to become future leaders known for honesty, character, and responsibility.

Zaman also spoke about Ayesha Fatima, an MS student who topped the Andhra Pradesh intermediate exams in 2005, and how many students now follow her example. One of the most emotional moments of the event was when he shared the story of Ummul Kher, a physically challenged and poor girl who cracked UPSC in her first attempt despite facing poverty, pain, and social obstacles. He called her a powerful example of hard work and determination.

Ending his speech, Munawar Zama said, “Real success comes from truth and honesty. If you decide to live with integrity, even if you don’t clear UPSC, your life itself will become a rank.”

MS IAS Academy, a project of MS Education Academy, aims to guide talented students into top government services. The academy provides world-class infrastructure, study zones, expert mentoring, test series, interview training, moral development and a strong mentorship system.

Some of its successful officers include Faizan Ahmed (IAS), Haris Sameer (IAS), Asim Mujtaba (IPS) and Mohammed Burhan Zaman (IDAS), who have made the institution proud. The academy continues its mission to not only produce civil servants but to shape role models for the nation.
