The Ministry of Health in Gaza has announced that the total number of Palestinians killed in Israel’s ongoing attacks has crossed 70,100, while the number of injured has reached 170,983. These figures cover the period from 7 October 2023, when the large-scale assault and genocide campaign began.
In a statement issued on Saturday, the ministry said that two more bodies were brought to Gaza hospitals in the last 48 hours—one belonging to a recently killed victim and another recovered from under the rubble. During the same period, 11 injured people were also taken to different hospitals for treatment.
The ministry further explained that since the ceasefire announced on 10 October 2025, a total of 354 people have been killed and 906 injured. In addition, 606 bodies have been recovered from destroyed buildings since the ceasefire.
The report also stated that between 21 November and 28 November 2025, records of 299 martyrs were verified and officially added to the overall death toll after confirmation by the committee responsible for documenting casualties.
The humanitarian crisis in Gaza continues to worsen as the number of deaths rises and rescue efforts remain extremely difficult due to ongoing Israeli restrictions and the massive destruction across the region.
