Tragic Incident in Telangana: Young Man Dies by Suicide Over Mother’s Affair
Mancherial, 7 August – (www.deccanlive.com): A heartbreaking incident took place in Gangaram village of Nennal Mandal, Mancherial district, Telangana, where a young man named Durki Anil ended his life after being emotionally disturbed over his mother’s alleged relationship with another man.
According to reports, Anil consumed pesticide and was rushed to a private hospital by his sister after she noticed his condition. Unfortunately, despite medical efforts, Anil passed away during treatment.
Before dying, Anil gave a dying statement blaming his mother Rajeshwari and a local man named Muddapalli Tirupati for his actions. He said he was unable to handle the mental pressure and social humiliation caused by his mother’s extramarital affair. Relatives and others who came to know of the relationship had reportedly taunted him, which further pushed him into distress.
Anil’s death shocked his friends and family, who staged a protest outside Tirupati’s house with the dead body, demanding his arrest. The protest turned violent as the mob attacked Tirupati’s house and set it on fire.
Police were alerted and quickly deployed security to bring the situation under control. After nearly four hours of protest, police managed to calm the crowd and the deceased’s family ended the protest. Authorities have registered a case and started an investigation.
This incident has left the entire village in sorrow and shock, highlighting how emotional and social pressure can lead to devastating consequences.
